Just a little information about our current delivery times and the planned industrial action from our delivery provider Royal Mail.
We are a very small team here at Dandy Dog Co and aim to dispatch your orders as soon as we can without compromising on our special touches and attention to detail. Our current dispatch time is approximately 3-5 days from order and then please allow delivery times on top of this. Please do tell us if you have a delivery deadline and we will do our very best to accommodate this.
Royal Mail are our delivery provider and have been for the last year. We have found their service to be excellent on the whole and will be sticking with them through the industrial action. Please do check current information on the planned strike days. This is beyond our control, and we thank you for your kindness and patience during this period.
Please note: our final postage date for Christmas delivery is 16th December. We will dispatch into early the following week but due to further planned strikes we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery.
