I am sorry I haven't posted on my blog lately, it has been my intention to write a post once a month but sadly life has got in the way at times. Firstly, Business has been very busy which is great news and we have been planning and making lots of new products for 2015. We also plan to exhibit at several high profile fairs this year which is also taking a lot of organising and we are really excited to meet all our loyal customers.
Secondly, my old dog 'Ben' has been very poorly after being diagnosed with Cancer. He has had major surgery which is being followed up with a course of Chemotherapy. This inevitably has taken its toll on him and I have been spoiling him like mad with extra warm soft blankets, hand knitted wool jumpers, lots of cuddles and as he is a labrador, food treats!

On a recent early morning walk on the beach with my husband and the dogs, we spotted a seal following us along the shoreline. He kept popping to the surface and watching us, then he would dive under and emerge a few minutes later to see what we were up to.

Autumn is well and truly upon us now and I think it is my favourite season. I love nothing more than crunching through the crispy leaves on a lovely bright day and warming myself with a cup of hot chocolate afterwards. The only downside to the nights drawing in and the colder weather is the affect it has on my elderly dog 'Ben'

By Nature I am not the most gregarious person, so for me to undertake writing a blog is a new challenge but one that I am looking forward to as I can take the opportunity to share my experiences and passions with all who are likeminded.
One thing I am always able to talk about is my dogs. After a recent photoshoot for the new Dandy Dog Website, a friend of mine commented that it is the most relaxed photographs of me he has ever seen. I usually look like a rabbit caught in the car headlights, awkward and uncomfortable but in my doggy world I am happy, relaxed and at home.
